We are so happy that July is here! We love summertime so much. We've already had a big time with trips to branson and momma and daddy's trip to Cabo. July is our favorite. Lots of time spent outside playing, swimming at gaga's, riding motorcycles and 4-wheelers, etc. WE plan to make the most of it, as school will be starting before we know it. WE are going to go off-roading on the 4th, and shoot some fireworks at gaga's.

Back from CABO!

We are back from CABO and it was a blast. WE have a lot of pictures to share in the "vacations" page. We stayed at the RIU Santa Fe, and we had an awesome view from our balcony of the ocean and the famous CABO SAN LUCAS Arch. We went on a glassbottom boat trip over to lovers beach, went on an atv excursion through the mexican desert and along the Pacific coast, hung out at our resort, and went downtown to check out the night life.

Back from Branson

We are back from Branson. The boys had fun weekend. Silver Dollar City is getting really really old though. They had some fun there, but they don't really like the rides too much. I don't think we are going to go back for a while. They had way more fun at the hotel and the indoor water park. There are a few pictures in the vacations photo gallery. We leave for Cabo San Lucas in 8 days!!!

School is almost out!

Only 2 more days of school left after today, and Carson says Friday doesn't count because they are going to party all day. WE cannot wait for the summer! Summertime is our favorite time of the year, and we have a lot of stuff planned!

We had so much fun at the airshow this year. Daddy hooked us up with a vendor he uses and we had front row seats in the tent area (we had to have a pass!). The boys had so much fun, and the airshow was great as always. There are pictures up on the site now!

Wow, we have been so busy, and have completely neglected this site. I have not put any updates, blog entries, or new pictures up in a long time. Still gonna be busy for the next few weeks, but I hope to get back on this site soon. Summer time is coming up, and we'll be doing lots of fun things, so I'm sure we'll get stuff updated regularly this summer.

Critter Critter

The boys have seen lots of critters around our neighborhood lately. There is a large pasture behind our house where a farmer keeps some cows. WE've got to witness a couple of births lately, and it's a lot of fun to watch the cows. The boys like to ride their bikes on the gravel road that separates our back yard and the pasture. Sometimes we ride all the way to the end of that road, and there are horses you can pet at the old farmhouse. We have not seen any deer lately, not since the fall when we saw 5 bucks run through.

Lately though, we've seen some more unpleasant critters. A skunk, rabbits, etc. But, the boys were really excited this morning and yelling because they saw some coyotes out in the pasture. Two of them. We have heard them a lot at night, but never seen any until this morning. The boys really got a kick out of seeing them.

Weekend trip to see the grandparents

We went down to see the boys' grandparents this weekend in hopes of also riding the motorcycle. Too much rain made it too wet and muddy for that. We still had a blast though. Went bowling with Brett and Olivia, then back to their house to play and eat pizza. Also spent some quality time with Gaga's and went to see Nanna and Papa on the way home. Quick trip, but it was fun.

Spring Break...WOW! Where to start

Went fishing over in oklahoma like always with Gaga's. Crappie were not biting much because of all the rain. But, the boys did catch a couple of small ones. And carter caught a catfish all by himself! Gaga Danny skinned it and cooked it for them and they ate it up in the camper. Had a blast at the lake. Took our bicycles and me and carson rode around the campsite. Back at Gaga's house, Uncle Danny Ray brought the boys a BIG SURPRISE!!! A motorcycle! Yep, a Yamaha 50, almost brand new. THe boys could not believe it. Carter is a little too small for it, but carson got right on a rode it a lot. We are looking forward to him getting better this summer. As if they needed another reason to NOT want to come home from a trip to the grandparents.
